These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Choclement LLC (the "Company", "we", "us"), the operator of Girl Harmony — including the iOS app, the Android app, the web app at app.girlharmony.com, and the API at api.girlharmony.com (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information.
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We use Clerk as our authentication provider, including for "Sign in with Apple" and "Sign in with Google". You agree not to share your account, transfer it to anyone else, or attempt to access another user's account.
You must provide accurate information at sign-up and keep it accurate (especially your email address, which is how we reach you about the account).
Girl Harmony is a wellness and personal-tracking tool. It helps you log cycles, symptoms, moods, and other health-adjacent data, and offers AI-generated insights ("Bestie") and exportable PDFs you can share with healthcare providers.
Girl Harmony is not a medical device. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Predictions, suggestions, and AI responses are informational only — not clinical recommendations. You should never rely on the Service to diagnose, treat, prevent, or rule out any condition. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified clinician. Do not use Girl Harmony as a contraceptive or as a fertility-determination tool.
The Service is provided in English and is intended for use in the United States. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability outside the U.S.
Some parts of the Service are free; others ("Premium") require a paid subscription, currently $4.99 / month with a 7-day free trial, billed monthly. Pricing may change with notice; new pricing applies to new billing cycles only.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or, on iOS/Android, through the App Store or Google Play subscription manager. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period continues to its end.
Payments are processed by Stripe (web) or by Apple/Google (in-app on iOS/Android), via RevenueCat. We do not see or store your full card number. Refund requests for web subscriptions can be sent to support@girlharmony.com; refunds for App Store / Google Play subscriptions are governed by those platforms' policies.
Bestie uses third-party large-language-model providers (currently Anthropic) to generate responses based on your logged data and your message. You should not treat Bestie's responses as medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. The model can be wrong, biased, or out of date. We log Bestie conversations server-side to operate the feature and improve safety; we do not train any third-party AI model on your data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
You own the data you log in Girl Harmony — cycle entries, symptoms, voice journals, photos, notes, etc. ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely so we can operate the Service for you (e.g., sync it across your devices, generate insights, build PDFs you request). This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
We will never sell Your Content. We will never share it with advertisers. See the Privacy Policy for the full data-handling rules.
The Girl Harmony name, logo, brand, app design, copy, and underlying software are owned by Choclement LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-dress laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.
You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings. When you do, we delete your personal data on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if continued service would expose us to legal risk, or if we discontinue the Service. We will give reasonable notice except where doing so would be impossible, illegal, or harmful to other users.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PREDICTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIRL CHOCOLATE LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Choclement LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app and by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the new Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when we last revised it.
